The controlling ruler will probably act mad because a ruler wants to be the only person to rule and the parliament is basically the opposite of what the ruler wants. Parliament could also cause some government corruption as well .
I predict that the role of the English Parliament will react to a controlling ruler by provoking everyone to try and succeed in taking out the leader. Due to all of the power that would be within their ruler, they would not get their fair share or rights.
I predict that the controling ruler would be angry that parliment was limiting their rights as a ruler. Although parliment is the king's council and advisors, they did approve taxes and pass laws which they could have probably done without the king's permission if they felt it was right. -Brittany Huber
